The IWC Pilot Watch "Top Gun" IW389101 is a black ceramic pilot/aviator style timepiece.
 
At 44.5mm, its perfectly sized for any wrist and provides presence without being over powering.  Its sleek design pairs perfectly with any occasion from formal meetings or events though to a casual dinner date.....even a pick-up volleyball game 'with the boys' :).
 
This 2019 model is in excellent condition - crystal is clear and there are not any noticeable marks on the case or bezel.  The strap has minimal wear too.
